Norwegian Cruise Line Unveils Major Upgrades On Two Ships

Norwegian Cruise Line has unveiled reimagined spaces aboard Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem, its Jewel-Class sisters, following three-week dry docks completed in May. Both ships received an upgraded and expanded Mandara Spa and Salon, with a Thermal Suite now featuring three times as many hot tile loungers, plus a new charcoal sauna, ice room, salt room, IV lounge, and Four-Senses Loungers. Jade adds experiential showers and a plunge pool, while Gem gets an updated hot tub and Thalassotherapy pool. Both ships now also have the adults-only Vibe Beach Club on Deck 14, with 50 premium lounge chairs and seven new private cabanas for guests 18 and over, making Jade and Gem the last Jewel-Class ships to add it. Each ship also gained a fully licensed Starbucks.
