This change comes amid rising medical costs and travel disruptions, ensuring guests receive better protection without any increase in policy prices, which range from $79 to $149 per person. The increased benefits are especially crucial for cruisers, as standard health insurance often doesn’t cover medical care at sea. Guests can now feel more secure knowing they have robust coverage, including a non-insurance cancellation feature that allows for full refunds under various circumstances.
